Mello watched people walk by him, glaring menacingly. Not that it did much good from under his helmet. A scantily dressed girl approached him, but his snarled answer made her beat a hasty retreat.

Mikami caught a glimpse of the name of the shop owner, and added that to his list. He started to look round for people he judged suitable for death, not surprisingly he found a lot. He walked out the shop still without a phone, and spotted Mello still outside,
"I thought you would've left by now." He said honestly.

Mello zoomed off the way he'd come, smiling. Mikami would be lucky to get a licensed taxi in this area, and he doubted the man had a phone yet.

After a while Mikami walked off in the direction of town, hoping he could get somewhere close. "Maybe I could hitch-hike." he thought, then decided against that, seeing his experience with the cyclist.

Mello dearly hoped something unpleasant happened to the man. At least he would have a fair few bruises from their fight.

As Teru walked down the pavement, he gopt to the start of the highway and realised there was no longer a pavement. "damnit" he thought, and he dearly hoped that the cyclist would crash, even if it didn't he'd have some injuries from thier fight.

Mikami saw the names of the drivers, and to makew sure he could get home, he acted as if he wanted to hitch hike, and pulled a driver over. immediately, he wrote the drivers name down, and stalled him for 40 seconds. "Thankyou" he said simply as the driver fell out of the car. He took over in the drivers seat, and began to drive back home.

As Mello made his way back to his and Matt's apartment, he was forced to slow down by the police cruiser. There was no point in running from the cops when he could just wait until he got out of sight and then speed again.
