Near simply shrugged. "I hope so." Near looked back at L, then hid behind Mello clutching part of Mello's shirt with his hands. L was starting to scare him.

L simply moaned in response. He realized he was acting like a big baby, but he didn't care. Being spoiled came with the title.
He pulled the blanket over his head and stuck a hand out to shoo the two boys away. He could at least salvage some of his tattered dignity.
