"WHAT!!!!  " she screamed in agony now, she couldn't feel it physically, but the emotional pain hurt more than anything. He'd obviously cut out her womb or at least damaged it significantly, she choked slightly on tears that had now reached her mouth in streams, she couldn't open her eyes, she feared more than ever what she might see. |

He looked at her, smiling faintly. She was making this a lot worse for herself. He could scoop up a whole handful of blood... which he did, holding his hand above her and letting the thick crimson liquid drip onto her face.

He sucked the blood off his fingers, returning to the task at hand. He was now attempting to get to her kidney, the one he could get to without gutting her stomach anyway.

She continued crying and wanted to have this all over.... she knew she's die soon.... she just wished it could be sooner.

He knew this wouldn't kill her in it's own right. One didn't need two kidneys to function. But she was quickly losing blood.
