L pulled out his cell again and called Watari, who in turn would call a doctor to the hotel for their treatment. L trusted Watari to find a capable professional.
(On another note, have you watched L Change the World? It's a spin-off from canon DN movie-verse, where L's all 'humanized' and adopts Near...)
