"Hmmm...." Near got out of bed and walked over to his nightstand and took out a 500 peice puzzle with only the letter L on the top right corner. He started to peice it together

Mello watched him idly. He wondered how Near had the patience to slot a blank puzzle together.

Near had already completed almost half of the puzzle. He twirled a stand of his hair, studying the pieces.

He smiled at Mello. "Thanks." He picked up the piece Mello pointed out and put it in the right place.

Mello nodded. He pretended not to be bothered in case he looked stupid for not spotting any obvious ones, but was really looking for more pieces to fit.

Near put more of the pieces together. He soon only had one more piece. He put it in the right place, and looked at the puzzle carefully before wrecking it. He put the puzzle back in the box under his nightstand. He noticed his teddy bear was on the floor. He picked it up and put it on his bed. Loosing interest with the bear he took out his lego's and started to build a city.
