He patted both boys on the head. "Good work. Keep it up for the next week or so. I'll also be asking the others about your act, so it'd be best to stick in character the whole time. I'll leave you two to finishing your snacks now," L said, before departing back to his room.

He opened the door to their room. Near wanted to see if Matt was still asleep after the racket the caused, but he didn't bother. He climbed into his bed and got under the covers.

Mello got in his bed as well, still not tired at all. He didn't know how much sleep he'd end up getting.
